Description

Well boys and girls here it is. A little bloody but Sif isn't a super hero...

~Story~
Everything had gone wrong. It wasn’t supposed to happen like this. Zim ground his zipper like teeth together as he thought back to what had happened. He had watched Sif leap forward to try and defend Dib against the attack from the three new Irken’s. It happened way to fast. She destroyed one in a flash. Her next attack was caught with no problem. Fear flashed in her gaze for a moment until Gaz appeared. As sour as the earth female was she would not let any harm come to her brother… unless of course it was by her own hand.

Thanks to a plasma spear Gaz was able to wound another and they retreated to lick their wounds. Sif had turned to make sure everything was ok when suddenly she was wrapped in a wire netting that seemed to suck down on itself to keep her from moving at all. Zim had lunged forward to try and stop them but she had shouted at him in Irken to be still. The look in her eyes promised punishment worse than death. He shrank back next to Serg who was playing the ‘Quiet Game’ with Gir to keep the spastic little robot silent.

Dib looked a little panicked as he crouched down where Sif had fallen onto her side. Gaz was watching from a few steps back.
“Son,” A strong deep voice that Zim had only heard a few times startled the two Membrane siblings. Both of them blinked in surprise at the man that came forward.
“Dad…” Dib swallowed hard.
“This is what you have been creating in your lab!?” He sounded incredibly pleased.
“Dad no…” Dib started but Gaz kicked him in the shin earning a sharp protest. Turning to look at his sister Dib noticed the look on her face.
“Uh … You weren’t supposed to see it yet… she isn’t finished,” Dib covered his tracks quickly.
“She?” Professor Membrane leans in to take a closer look, “ Hm interesting… very interesting.”
Dib’s hands were still working at the net and Sif watched him through gleaming violet eyes.

“Let’s get it secured and you can explain how you have created such a magnificent creature!” The Professor stated.
Dib jerked when one of the scientists threw Sif into a van, “CAREFUL!”
“You shouldn’t let them get out of control… could have been hurt kid,” the scientist stated.
“She wasn’t going to hurt us you idiot,” Gaz hissed. Dib hurried along after his father. Zim watched them drive away.
“Hey…Zim,” Gaz called without even looking over, “ come to our house… Dib can reach you better there.”

He had followed her direction without asking. Now he was sitting in his in a cab next to Dib’s sister on their way to the locations of the labs. Gaz hadn’t said two words since she had spoken on the phone. Zim had heard the urgency in Dib’s voice and he could also hear someone screaming in the back ground. It was muffled and sounded somewhat like protest. It was like it was echoing down a hall or something.
As they pulled up Zim, wearing his disguise with Gaz at his heels hurried up to the front desk. Gaz didn’t even have to say anything. She only glared daggers at the woman in front of her and gave a low growl when it took more than a moment to be noticed.
They had been standing there for far too long and the worst part was that the facility was huge. Gaz grabbed a set of visitor passes and they rushed out.

By the time they found Dib almost 30 minutes had passed.
“Hurry! You have to hurry!” Dib stammered as he led the way.
“YOU LET THEM HAVE HER!?” Zim seethed.
“I tired to stop them!” Dib jabbed a finger at his face where his eye was turning black and blood was drying on his nose and upper lip.
It took another thirty minutes to break past the guards. Gaz and Dib stayed to make sure the exit was clear while Zim rushed in.
What he found made his innards twist and clench. He felt physically sick. Dark green blood was dripping steadily from the fingers that hung over the edge of the table. For the second time since this all started, Sif’s PAK had been forcibly removed and was now laying upside down on a steel gurney. She didn’t move. Her eyes were almost completely closed and various cuts had been made. A patch was missing on her left arm, showing the muscle under her skin. A Y shaped incision had been stitched up. The branches reaching to her collar bones and the stem well down her torso.

Signs of struggle littered the room and her body. Bruises were forming along her wrists and ankle from being restrained. The cut’s weren’t clean. He cringed and turned to purge his system. Shaking and panting he wiped he mouth on his arm.
“Hurry!” Gaz snapped from the other side of the door.
Zim snapped out of his stupor, grabbing the cold PAK off the table. The tubes and wires trailed after him. He wasn’t sure he wanted to touch her. Her uniform lay not far off but he didn’t have time for that.
She was almost cold to the touch, lifting her he hurriedly hooked the tubes back in place and the PAK pulled flush to her skin. Grabbing a sheet from a near by table he wrapped it about her middle. Serg, who had been trailing with Gir the entire time, grabbed her uniform and hurried out where Gaz picked him up.
Zim made a hasty escape as Gir destroyed all records and research in a moment of genius. They were met with a horrified Dib. Zim wanted nothing more than to rip into him for this. After she had protected him… now was not the time.
“Oh God…” he whispered looking a bit sick himself.
“She was separated from her PAK… I don’t know if there is enough fluid in her system to keep her going,” Zim stated.
“Come on…” Gaz turned and led the way towards the back. Together they managed to make it out and thanks to Serg and some of Sif’s tech they teleported into the femmes base.

Zim fell upon the floor on his knees, holding her. Blood had soaked through the sheet covering her and she still didn’t respond.

Serg hooked into her PAK and began trying to activate it with small electrical pulses. Dib fell onto his hands and knees across from Zim. The Irken male called out to her. He got a small shift of her glazed eyes. He began yelling at her in Irken and Dib couldn’t sit there any more. He quickly left the room slamming the door to the next room behind him. This wasn’t supposed to happen.
